The use of satellite imagery during times of conflict has propelled the use of GIS to new standards. It's nothing new to use an eye in they sky, be it from a plane, satellite, or a team of secret flying squirrels with cameras. Governments constantly keep an eye on various targets and North Korea is no exception.
