NEW TEMPLATE DESIGN & LACLEDE COUNTY MO ADDED

I have a new template design again. I hate changing the look so often, but the last template was extremely buggy (which I found out afterwards) and created a lot of problems. This template is more stable and I have moved the links back to the top for easier access. Also, I have added Laclede County Recorder which allows you to look up property. You have to sign in but it's free to do so.
