KGIS is the Knox County, TN GIS site run by the county and KUB, a utilities board. Overall, they have one of the premier sites in the region. But, I'm playing favorites because we are based in Knoxville, too. The University of Tennessee Geography department has an up and coming GIS department and it's no odd fact that Knox county has a good GIS department, too.

GIS SITE OF THE DAY - KGIS, KNOX COUNTY, TN GIS
