Many addresses still have "Route, Box #" so for anyone who's mapping or trying to find a property is up the creek. Luckily, state bodies have enacted 9-1-1 mapping rules that are slowly finding their way into the states.

West Virginia moves into the 20th Century with 9-1-1 mapping!
